At The LAIR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 3 business days.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garment, your refund or store credit will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
